New Surroundings began in Rochester, NY
in 1975. Carolyn Gargantiel and Roman Kamola are both
professional paperhangers and skilled painters that share
over 40 years of experience with interior painting, all
types of wallpaper installations and consulting. Our family
has three generations of painting and paperhanging skills
dating back to the mid 1930’s.
